When you are sick or injured you should be able to spend all your energy on getting better. Our multi use gel pack is perfect for everything from sore throats to muscle injuries. To soothe a muscle put the pack in the fridge for four hours, and it'll be cold to use for half an hour. For everything else just throw it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it'll be warm for half an hour.

The gel pack features a circular design with a clear plastic outer layer. It's filled with colourful gel beads, available in purple, pink, green, and a bear-themed design. The pack appears flexible and is designed for both hot and cold applications.
